2 Apples, 3 Carrots, and 3/4 c. of Cranberries

This, my friends, is today’s successful experiment!

After juicing some veggies and fruit, I decided that wasting the pulp of some veggies was not going to happen in this household. So, I whipped up a spice bundt cake and added the pulp from 2 apples, 3 carrots, and ¾ cup of cranberries.  What a neat way to incorporate some great vegetables and fruit into something my husband will devour! How many servings of fruit and veggies is in each peice, I wonder….? lol

Here’s the beauty, topped with a cream cheese frosting and ready for my hungry, hard-working man!

I'm so tempted to dig in now!

  1. Looks delicious! Does the fruit pulp cancel out the calories from the cream cheese? 😉
