As I’ve begun to understand the necessity for healthy living in all areas of my life, words like “imitation”, “substitute”, etc., are standing out more and more on products both in the stores as well as in my cabinets.
This product answers the need for something real in the area of vanilla extract.

Appearance
Pros:
I love how this product comes in a little vial. The labeling is adorable and old-fashioned and the product itself is rich and dark with note: a natural darkness to it that does not scream artificial food coloring. (Yes, I can tell the difference.)
Cons: Nothing here!
Taste
I thought at first that this product would be excessively stronger than an artificial extract. However, it was a great substitute replacement, because this product, the real stuff, was just as flavorful and so much healthier.
Moisture/Texture
This extract actually felt a little “watery” compared to the fake stuff, but I’ll take real any day over artificial. It was smooth and mixed well with all my ingredients!
What I Love
I love the richness of real vanilla. It is a much richer taste, and I can have confidence that I’m feeding my family naturally.
What I’d Improve
I’m checking the site now to see if they sell in bulk or atleast a larger bottle. My vial has run out!
(Whoohoo! I can buy it in jars up to 32 oz!)
Overall Rating: A+
