I like to do a lot of baking. Adam’s got quite the sweet tooth, so I do bake quite a bit. As a result, we don’t buy a lot of pre-baked goodies, but every once in a while, they’re a good fall-back plan.

Appearance
Pros: I have to say that this cookie looks like the packaging. The company does a great job of portraying exactly what you will get. I like that a lot. The packaging itself is very “homemade” but well-done, well-labeled, creative, etc.
Cons: The down-side to this packaging is that all seven cookies are in one bag in a box that, although re-closeable, is not re-sealable. Gluten-free baking does not hold up well to time and contact to the air, so I thought this should have been designed better.
Also, the longer you let these sit, the grayer they turn, which I thought was strange
Taste
Pros: “Taste is all that matters. Our cookies are baked in a dedicated gluten-free kitchen where flavor is the #1 priority.” I have to agree that these are some tasty cookies! They’re rich so that one cookie is enough but not too rich that you feel overwhelmed with chocolate and sugar.
Cons: No cons here!
Moisture/Texture
Pros: Even after sitting in the open container for a while, these cookies are not hard to eat. I didn’t find myself running for a glass of milk to wash them down.
Cons: With that being said, I would say that they were very dry. They had the feeling of an Oreo, which crumbles when eaten, not a soft bakery cookie.
What I Love
I like that these cookies tasted like cream-filled, chocolate sandwich cookies! I liked that they were extremely tasty and still melted in your mouth without intense dryness after extended exposure to the air!
What I’d Improve
I would say the packaging of these cookies has been their greatest downfall in my mind. Because there is no way to store all these cookies, they dry out really fast. Seven cookies is quite the number to eat in one sitting, so I would like to see different packaging.
